Refunds and Returns

  • All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving your item(s).
  • NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS on custom painted wheels, special orders and 2-3 piece wheels.
  • WE ARE NOT responsible for improper return packaging
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging charges to and from Ballerz Inc Warehouse/Location
  • No returns on cancellations, special orders and 2-3 piece wheels
  • No returns on wheels that have been shaved, inserted, re-drilled or any other type of machine service.
  • ALL return orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping in the event that a return was to take place.
  • If an item(s) arrive damage, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery so that a claim can be made in a timely manner.
  • All returns require an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  • ALL RMA’s number must be legibly printed on each package
  • ANY return without an RA number will be refused
  • All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • There are no returns or exchanges on merchandise in used condition, damaged condition, or otherwise any condition that is not brand new.
