Refunds and Returns

- NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS on custom painted wheels, special orders and 2-3 piece wheels.
- WE ARE NOT responsible for improper return packaging
- Customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging charges to and from Ballerz Inc Warehouse/Location
- No returns on cancellations, special orders and 2-3 piece wheels
- No returns on wheels that have been shaved, inserted, re-drilled or any other type of machine service.
- ALL return orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled
- Customer is responsible for return shipping in the event that a return was to take place.
- If an item(s) arrive damage, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery so that a claim can be made in a timely manner.
- All returns require an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- ALL RMA’s number must be legibly printed on each package
- ANY return without an RA number will be refused
- All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- There are no returns or exchanges on merchandise in used condition, damaged condition, or otherwise any condition that is not brand new.
